Welcome to pipsgamefree.online ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Website: https://pipsgamefree.online
This site is a browser-based logic puzzle game. We value a privacy-first approach and keep data collection to a minimum. Our wording and structure take inspiration from the public Pips Game policy, adapting it to our setup.
If you send us feedback (e.g., via an in-game form), we process the information you provide—typically your message and, if you choose to include it, your email address—so we can respond and improve the game. We don't use this information for marketing.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, device/browser info, basic engagement). If we use Google Analytics, it relies on cookies and may process anonymized IP data to generate usage reports. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on. We implement IP masking where applicable.
To make gameplay smooth, we use cookies and/or your browser's local storage to remember things like difficulty, sound settings, or your last puzzle state. This data stays on your device unless otherwise stated. Clearing your browser data will remove it.
Your puzzle progress, current board, preferred difficulty, and basic session stats are stored locally in your browser. We don't sync this to our servers unless we clearly add such a feature and update this policy.
We plan to add an optional "Share your result" button that creates a social card (e.g., level ID, difficulty, time, and a star rating). Our intent is to generate this on your device; if we later support uploading images or results to a server, we'll update this section and explain what is stored and for how long. (Feature in development.)
Pages may include third-party elements (e.g., social buttons or analytics). Those services may set cookies or observe interactions per their own policies. Please review their privacy terms if you interact with them. Potential services include website analytics providers, feedback form processors, and—if enabled—ad networks.
Feedback: We keep your messages (and any voluntary contact details) as long as needed to support you and improve the game.
On-device game data: Remains in your browser until you clear it.
If you submitted personal information (e.g., via feedback) and want it erased, contact us using the email below. We may retain certain records where required by law or for security.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
If we use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), some data may be processed on servers outside your country. Refer to the provider's privacy practices for details and opt-out options.
We may update this policy as we add features (like sharing or server-side saves) or change providers. We'll revise the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice in-app.
Questions or requests? Email [email protected] or reach us through the in-game feedback link.
Structure and concepts (feedback handling, analytics cookies, local storage, retention, children's privacy, embedded services) are adapted from the public Pips Game policy to fit your domain and feature set.
References to Google Analytics usage, IP masking, and the opt-out add-on follow the approach described in the Pips policy.
